Podcast: Duty to make reasonable adjustments

On this week's XpertHR Weekly, we look at the duty to make reasonable adjustments. We explain the circumstances in which the requirement to make adjustments may apply and the extent of employers' obligations to avoid employees who have a disability from being disadvantaged in the workplace.
